I’m Nataliya Moon.

I’m a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach and a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, specializing in fatigue, metabolic health, gut-immune balance, and nervous system regulation. But this work is also deeply personal.

For years, I struggled with chronic fatigue, hormonal imbalances, and the frustration of being told everything looked “normal” while my body clearly felt otherwise. That experience led me to functional medicine — not as a quick fix, but as a way to understand why the body loses energy and how to restore it at the root.

In Reclaim Your Energy, I bring together evidence-based science and practical, real-life strategies to help you understand your body, stop guessing, and rebuild energy in a sustainable way. My approach is calm, integrative, and focused on working with your body — not pushing against it — so you can feel clear, resilient, and at home in your body again.
