I’m Nataliya Moon, a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, and I help people heal at the root cause level—supporting lasting change so you can flourish, not just survive.

My Transformation:

After my daughter was born, I faced years of fatigue, mood shifts, disrupted sleep, irritability, and unwanted weight gain. Conventional doctors ruled out anything “abnormal” through standard lab tests, so I accepted my symptoms as inevitable—maybe aging or “just me.” I even doubted myself, wondering if it was all in my head.

Yet despite the uncertainty, part of me believed there was better ahead. I deserved to feel vibrant again.

My attempts—various diets, going plant-based—offered little relief. Things worsened as insomnia took hold, and that became my breaking point. I was determined to reclaim my life.

During the pandemic, my conviction only grew: I wanted to be the steward of my health—not at the mercy of a medical system that wasn’t serving me.

I immersed myself in research, books, podcasts, and then discovered Functional Medicine—a model that treats the root cause, not just the symptoms. It felt like puzzle pieces finally falling into place.

Today, I feel alive again. I embraced this approach so wholeheartedly that I trained rigorously—and became a Functional Medicine Certified Coach. Now, my “mess” has become my message.
